To celebrate Endangered Species Day (May 19th, 2017), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Arkansas Field Office and their partners are sponsoring the 8th annual K-12 Arkansas Endangered Species Art Contest with prizes awarded in four age groups. Visit the FWS website at www.fws.gov/arkansas-es/esdaycontest.html. Please forward this information to any art, science, or general classroom teachers that you think might be interested.
The artwork must be postmarked or emailed by March 1, 2017, so there's plenty of time to plan!
